How Returns Work
- First, email support@whimsystick.com within 30 days of delivery. Also include your order number and a quick note on why you’re returning the product. We don’t require a long explanation.
- Generally, we respond within one business day with return shipping instructions. Sometimes the issue is technique, not the pole, if we can fix it for you, we’ll try. If you still want to return, we honor it.
- Then ship the product back in any reasonable condition. Original packaging is helpful but not required.
- Finally, refund processed within 3 to 5 business days of us receiving the return. Funds arrive back on your original payment method, usually within one billing cycle.

- Lure replacements, covered if unopened, not covered if opened and used
What’s Not Covered
- Lure subscriptions after the first month (cancel anytime, no refund on used months).
- However, damage from misuse, using the Standard with a dog over 30 lbs, using the pole as a fetch stick or chew toy, or modifying the equipment.
- Wear on lures from heavy chewing. Lures are designed to be caught and shaken. That’s why they’re replaceable.
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
Defective or Damaged on Arrival
If your Whimsy Stick arrives damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect, email support@whimsystick.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We replace it free of charge. No need to return the damaged unit unless we ask.
Wrong Size Ordered
If you ordered the Standard for a large dog or the Rugged XL for a small dog, contact us. The price you paid on the wrong unit gets applied as credit toward the correct one, so you only owe the difference (if any). Shipping is on you: return shipping on the wrong unit, and outbound shipping on the replacement. Email support@whimsystick.com with your order number to get the swap started.
Shipping Costs on Returns
You cover the return shipping cost. We cover all other costs, including the original shipping if your refund is granted in full. For defective products, we cover return shipping too.
International Returns
The 30-day guarantee applies internationally. Return shipping from outside the US is your responsibility. Customs duties paid on the original shipment are not refundable by us, that’s a matter for your customs office.
