Shipping and Delivery
Indeed, the Standard ships with $20 flat shipping within the United States. Rugged XL Base and Bundle include free US shipping. International shipping is calculated at checkout. We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.
Returns and Refunds
For example, every Whimsy Stick is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your dog isn’t into it, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Full details are on our Refund and Returns Policy page.

Whimsy Stick LLC is not liable for injury to dogs, handlers, or third parties resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, or use with dogs the product is not designed for (Standard with dogs over 30 lbs, for example). Always inspect equipment before each session.
