By accessing this website or purchasing any product from Whimsy Stick LLC (referred to as “Whimsy Stick,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree with them, then don’t use the site or buy our products.
Products and Pricing
All product details, specifications, and prices on whimsystick.com are subject to change without notice. We try hard to keep the product info accurate, but mistakes do happen, and when they do we reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel any order placed based on inaccurate information.

- Rugged XL Base, for dogs over 30 lbs, $74.95, 800-lb test Dyneema line, Free US shipping.
- Rugged XL Bundle, $94.95, includes 3 lures, Free US shipping.
Shipping and Delivery
The Standard ships with $20 flat shipping within the United States. Rugged XL Base and Bundle include free US shipping. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders get processed within 1–3 business days, and how long delivery takes depends on the carrier and where it’s going.
Returns and Refunds
Every Whimsy Stick is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your dog isn’t into it, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Full details are on our Refund and Returns Policy page.
Intellectual Property
All content on whimsystick.com, text, images, video, product designs, the Whimsy Stick™ name, the Controlled Freedom training method developed by Christopher Lee Moran, and the my training practice training brand, is the property of Whimsy Stick LLC. Training Content Disclaimer
The training advice on this site is educational and it isn’t veterinary or behavioral medical advice. Every dog is different, so if yours has known behavioral, medical, or developmental conditions, consult a qualified professional before starting any new training program. Limitation of Liability
The Whimsy Stick is a training tool designed for supervised use. Use it as directed. Whimsy Stick LLC is not liable for injury to dogs, handlers, or third parties resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, or use with dogs the product is not designed for (Standard with dogs over 30 lbs, for example). Always inspect equipment before each session.
