Whimsy Stick LLC operates whimsystick.com. Generally, we sell trainer-designed flirt poles and educational content for dog owners. Christopher Lee Moran, professional dog trainer with 10 years of experience and approximately 400 client dogs across my training work, founded the company.
What Information We Collect
In particular, we collect the minimum required to ship products and answer your questions.
- Order information, name, shipping address, email, and payment details (processed by our payment processor, never stored on our servers).
- Account information, if you create an account, your email and password (hashed, never stored in plain text).
- Communications, if you email us or send a contact form, we keep that record so we can help you.
- Site analytics, anonymized data about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, browser type, general location at country level). In practice, we use this to improve the site, not to identify individuals.
How We Use Your Information
- First, processing orders and shipping products to you.
- Responding to your questions, returns, and support requests.
- Additionally, sending order confirmations and shipping updates.
- Email newsletters only if you opted in (unsubscribe any time).
- Improving our products, training content, and website based on aggregate behavior patterns.
What We Never Do
- First, selling your personal information to anyone is off the table, full stop.
- Sharing your data with third parties for marketing purposes is also off the table.
- Spamming you with email you didn’t ask for is not how this brand operates.

Specifically, we use cookies to keep your shopping cart working and to remember your login session. We also use Google Analytics (anonymized) to understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, although some site features will stop working.
