We stand behind the Whimsy Stick. If it’s not working for you or your dog, here’s exactly what to expect.
If you’re not satisfied with your pole for any reason within 30 days of delivery, you can return it for a refund. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund total.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return: Email sales@whimsystick.com with your order number. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Lures are consumable items designed to be destroyed during play. A dog that shreds a lure played hard and won — that’s the whole point. Lure wear is not a defect and lures are not eligible for return or refund.
Safety note: Lures are not designed to be ingested. Once a lure is significantly torn, remove it and replace it. Replacement lures are available in the shop.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you — no return shipping required for damaged items.

Orders can only be cancelled before they ship. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — the standard 30-day return policy applies instead.
To request a cancellation, email sales@whimsystick.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the cost of return shipping and original shipping fees.
