Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If your dog doesn’t like Whimsy Stick or you don’t like it for any reason, return it for a full refund minus shipping costs and payment processing fees.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at sales@whimsystick.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require photo evidence of the defective or damaged item. Once we verify the issue, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement. Please note that the defective or damaged item must be returned in its original packaging.

Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might wish to cancel your order. However, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations once the order has been placed.
